感知 / 用户输入

Perception（也称 user input）是 agent loop 的第一步。agent 倾听并从 outside world 收集 data，可能是 user 输入的 text、spoken word、camera image、sensor reading，或通过 API 拉取的 web content。目标是将 raw signal 转为清晰、usable 形式。agent 可能清洗 text、speech-to-text、resize image 或去除 sensor value 中的 noise。良好 perception 意味着 agent 以 fact 而非 guess 开始 loop。若 input 错误或 unclear，后续 step 也会失败。因此 careful handling of perception 使整个 agent loop 保持正轨。
